Kseniya Simonova is a Ukrainian artist who just won Ukraine's version of "Britain's Got Talent." Using a giant light box to illuminate a sandscreen, she interprets Germany's invasion and occupation of Ukraine during WWII in this unusual art form. Complimented by music from the era and an eerie original radio announcement, Simonova makes our version appear superficial and insincere. I'll also admit to really enjoying her thick fringe and grown up school girl styling (!)
