Delfina Delettrez's "Delerium" jewellery collection for Fendi is equal part macabre and mythical. The designer drew influence from anatomical drawings by Da Vinci and the German doctor Franz Anton Mesmer who believed in using metals to preform a sort of hypnosis on his patients. The collection includes enamel covered frog bodies decorated with minute human skulls and bracelets adorned with Murano glass eyeballs and hand painted day-glo coloured lashes. Gothic, costume, punk, and handcrafted.
