Design Courage Triumphs
His Swan dress creation for Bjork may not have won him favours with the critics but in the same year Macedonian-born, British designer Marjan Pejoski was awarded the New Generation Award by the British Fashion Council. He has steadily build up his brand since 2000 thriving on a design approach fuelled by dichotomy. Pejowski fuses delicate applique to tough tailoring, pairs inky black fabrics with delicate nude tones and overlays fragile fabrics with directional, architectural prints. Design courage triumphs.
